Question Where is my order?
AnswerWe dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday-Friday) excluding bank holidays. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us and we will resolve your issue ASAP. If you place an order after 2pm your parcel will be shipped the following day. Question Who takes care of shipping?
AnswerAll orders are dispatched by ourselves from the UK, we ship all our UK orders via DPD so you will receive next day delivery with a one-hour time slot. Although, if you have ordered via Amazon your order will be despatched and delivered by them

We currently ship to the UK at a cost of £3.99, you can receive Free UK Shipping if you spend £30.00 or more. We ship to Europe at a cost of £6.00 & our worldwide shipping cost is £10.00. We currently don’t ship worldwide so reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe it will not arrive with you.

Question Will this cure any of my illnesses?
AnswerOur product is sold as a food supplement and is not claimed to cure, treat or prevent any illness.
Question Is it safe to consume CBD oil?
AnswerYes, it is completely safe to consume and have been tested in our labs to make sure of this. Although, we always advise to check with your medical health care provider beforehand.
Question How can I purchase your products?

Question How do returns or refunds work?
AnswerWe do provide returns and refunds to all customers who wish to do so. In the case of a return, the product must be unopened and posted back to our return address of Hemp Relax, The Hall, School Lane, East Keswick, Leeds, LS17 9DA, UK. Upon receiving your return we will refund the amount of the product.
